Community Financial Fitness Club

History/Purpose of the Community Financial Fitness Club

Do you remember Michelle Singletary’s “The Color of Money” presentation.  She is a nationally known personal finance expert that was asked to come to Battle Creek, Michigan, in Oct 2009, by the TCC Adult Outcomes Group, and supported by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and local businesses.  Because of the great response to her highly informational program, we started the “Community Financial Fitness Club” and offered free charter membership to all attendees.

We are now expanding free membership to all those who reside in the Greater Battle Creek area.

Members receive financial tips that can help save money and alerts to events and resources that can help you become or stay financially fit.  Also, we are looking for your advice and success stories to share as well!
